TE WHARE RA, MARLBOROUGH - 2017 PINOT GRIS
Finely structured with great purity and length of flavour and a lovely fleshiness. Lifted aromas of nashi pear, raspberry, red apple and white floral notes follow on to similar flavours along with savoury undertones which are balanced by a fine supple texture and lingering minerality.
SAM VINCIULLO, MARGARET RIVER - 2017 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Light to medium bodied, pure, gently fruity tonic from one of the best young winemakers in Australia. Enjoy it chilled with or without food. It's extraordinarily vibrant and very, very difficult to put down. Sheer refreshment. This cuvee is lightly macerated Sauvignon Blanc from an amazing vineyard just south of Margaret River township.

MATTHIAS WARNUNG, AUSTRIA - 2017 'BASIS NOBODY'
This pink has incredible structure. Very pale, almost watery colour, yet possesses a strong grip and salty energetic drive.

IULI, PIEDMONT - 2015 MALIDEA
Bright ruby red colour. The nose has aromas of small red fruits and flowers, with a spicy and mineral note. On the palate, it develops with elegant freshness and great balance between the tannins and the alcoholic component, it closes harmoniously with persistent aromatic notes.
ADEGAS GUIMARO, RIBEIRA SACRA - 2016 CAMINO REAL
Richer and more structured than the joven, but very approachable, quite round but still Atlantic in character with slatey minerality.
Sparkling (2 of each)
LOXAREL, PENEDES - 2017 A PEL
Lemon yellow, with golden tones and fine and well integrated bubbles. The nose has aromas of white flowers, almonds and quince skins. After a few minutes notes of fennel and tangerine skin develop. The palate is silky, broad and harmonious, with a hint of salinity and flavours of white fruits such as pear and green apple.
