Intense straw yellow with full aromas ranging from tropical and stone fruits to orange blossom. The palate it is structured and persistent with a signature Mediterranean salinity.

Bright and intense ruby red in colour, the nose has floral aromas of rose and notes of undergrowth followed by notes of violet, cherry and wild strawberry. On the palate it has good body and weight, with fine tannins and a long aromatic persistence..

I PARIETI, SCAZZARIDDE, PUGLIA BIANCO, 2023, 12.5% 
55% Verdeca & 45% Minutolo (Apulian sub-variety of Fiano)
Complex nose with citrusy and tropical fruit nuances; lush and savoury palate. This wine has a small amount of skin contact and spends 7 months on the fine lees.

100% Lagrein 
Dark ruby colour, velvety fruit notes of blackberries and forest fruits. Medium-full bodied palate with a silky tannin structure. A typical wine from Alto Adige.

BEULAH VIOLETTA, 'STESSO STESSO', UMBRIA, ITALY, 2023, 12.5%
60% Sangiovese 30% Merlot 10% Sagrantino
Stesso Stesso, meaning "same same," reflects the consistent philosophy behind the wine’s production: minimal intervention, hand-picked fruit, and a focus on expressing the unique vineyard site. This is a joyful expression of crunchy red cherry fruit with a dusting of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Biodynamic, dry farmed and brilliant!  

BENJAMIN ZIDARICH, VITOVSKA BIANCO, 2022, 12% 
100% Vitovska 
This grape has been grown in Carso for centuries and this example is complex, savoury and generous. Unfined, unfiltered and aged in old Slavonian oak.
