Beautiful sparkling golden colour with yellow/grey reflections and fine and regular bubbles. The nose is seductive; fresh and mineral with pear, apple, dried fruits, white flowers, lime, and pink grapefruit. On the palate the wine has an intense attack, but is elegant with fine bubbles.
