Delicious Jura Chardonnay that spends a year under flor, with notes of hazelnut, spice and citrus fruits. The wine has a great structure and subtle oxidative notes with electric acidity.

There is a lively freshness about this that is quite surprising for a wine so elegant.  It has a beautiful acid backbone and lots of structure which leads to a long and interesting finish.

Superbly elegant, yet ripe and generous. Notes of brioche, butter and melon combine in this satisfying wine, which spends 20 months on the lees. 10% of the blend is aged in cement tank, 25% in stainless, and the balance in variations of old wood. The estate is under conversion to organics and biodynamics. No added sulphites

Wild strawberries and confit red bramble fruit, notes of fynbos and a certain saline freshness from the granitic soils.

HODGKINSON PRIORAT, LAS PANZUDAS, PRIORAT, CATALONIA, 2022 
100% Garnacha
Ripe fruit and light back-bone. The acidity is always there, with the typical nose of ripe fruit in Garnacha. The wine is exclusively made using amphora during all its stages. It has a short maceration of just 12 days to preserve freshness and limit tanins. It is both organic and biodynamic, with very low sulphite levels.

Braucol (34%), Duras (33%), Prunelart (33%)
Damson and plum on the nose, with strawberry compôte. Well rounded, savoury notes with dominant mixed red fruits on the palate. Lovely acidity with gentle spice – pepper.
