ZORDAN FLEURIE MISE DE MAI, BEAUJOLAIS, FRANCE, 2025
Gamay
This quickly became one of our team's favourites. Made at Château de Grand Pré, which has been producing wines for generations since 1972, this is a dark, intense Gamay with aromas of dark, bitter cherry fruit and earthy notes. A grippy palate of crushed minerals and black fruit skins. Chill it slightly and simply enjoy!

Sangiovese
An authentic and structured wine. Thanks to this unique mountain terroir and the biodynamic practices overseen by oenologist Michele Lorenzetti, a distinctive expression of the Sangiovese grape comes to life: fresh, spicy and full of red fruit aromas.

BALLENA DEL SUR MALBEC, VALLE DE UCO, MENDOZA, ARGENTINA, 2025
Malbec
Ballena del Sur is a collaboration between Les Caves and Sebastián Zuccardi, third-generation owner and head winemaker at Zuccardi, one of Argentina's most important and innovative wineries. A savoury Malbec with a soft, dark fruit character, complemented by an inviting herbal element and a gentle grip on the finish. 

LES VINS DE GABARE, LA PENTIÈRE, LOIRE, FRANCE, 2022 
Melon de Bourgogne
A collaboration between Les Caves and a group of local growers in the areas surrounding Anjou and Nantes. This terroir produces wines with lovely minerality and a refreshing streak of acidity. A more intense style of Muscadet, aged on its lees for 9 months. Fresh-cut apple and pear flavours are followed by spicy, yeasty notes. 

REVERTE ABRAZOS GARNACHA BLANCA, NAVARRA, SPAIN, 2025
Garnacha Blanca
Xabi, Iñaki and Mikel are now at the helm of Vinícola Corellana, which was established in 1989 by their father, who owned some of the oldest Garnacha vineyards in the area. 'Abrazos' means 'hugs' and refers to the impression of an embrace created by the vines, whose branches resemble arms wrapped around someone. In the glass, expect peachy fruit and a creamy texture without losing any freshness.

KARRI VINEYARD SEMILLON, MARGARET RIVER, AUSTRALIA, 2024
100% Semillon
This project focuses on producing a range of Australian wines from Margaret River, where great care has been taken to source high-quality fruit. The vineyard is located just a few hundred metres from the Indian Ocean, giving the wine some coastal vibes. An herbaceous Semillon with notes of green pepper, sappy grass, apple pith and citrus. Ideal for oysters and grilled prawns.
