This seasonally rotating, 3 bottle case, aims to highlight some of the gems in our portfolio that may get overlooked. It will always contain wines that we have drunk and enjoyed recently, and deemed worthy of wider attention. This one contains the juiciest Oregon red we've ever had, a glorious direct pressed Imeretian white, and a herbaceous and outrageous value orange from Tuscany.

95% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Big Salt 
Candied red cherry, pomegranate, plums soaked with hot rocks. Super juicy and refreshing, infinitely enjoyable.

MAKARIDZE WINE, TSOLIKOURI, IMERETI, GEORGIA, 2023
100% Tsolikouri (86 year old vines) 
Light body, nice acidity, The rich flavour structure comes up with aromas of apricot, lychee and citrus-vanilla, the texture is quite buttery accompanied with tingly acidity. This was one of the standouts from our recent Georgian tasting and is a great example of Imeretian winemaking where wines are aged in qvevri, but not on the skins.

100% Procanico
Wild floral nose with some garrigue, could be confused with a delicate muscat. Golden colour due to skin maceration, very sweet tannins, full mouth, terrific length. Slight notes of amaro and bitter almond on the finish. Awesome stuff.
