Burgundian style of Chardonnay from Jura. Organically grown vines on limestone marls imbues this wine with its density and richness - yellow fruits (apricot, golden plum) with butter and spice. The wine spends 24 months on the lees, after a full barrel fermentation, and is certified organic and biodynamic (in conversion).

A fruit-driven wine with flavours and aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry and strawberry jam, enlivened by a hint of pepperiness, it is deceptively light on first impressions, but develops great length and character on the finish. Organic and biodynamic certified.

Topped up style of Savagnin with notes of white pear and apricot, aromas of musk and a typically spicy mouth filling palate. Super delicious, elegant and complex.

Tastes of bruised apples, fresh walnut, vanilla and caramel. Watch out also for amazing aromas of fresh curry powder with fenugreek to the fore. It is a baby vin jaune with a highly developed style
