Delivery information

UK mainland addresses
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £150.
For smaller orders, a delivery charge of £8 will be applied.

UK offshore (islands etc.)
A Standard Delivery charge of £25 will be applicable on all orders.

International orders
Please call our shop on +44 (0) 1483 554750 or email shop@lescaves.co.uk for details specific to your delivery destination.

We will always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. However, due to current staff shortages, this has exceptionally been increased to a guarantee of delivery within 10 days until further notice. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by these delays.
In the event you need something particularly urgently, please don’t hesitate to email us and we will do what we can to accommodate your requirements.
All orders are sent using DPD's next day service;
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday only.
