A deep straw gold colour. It has snappy sweet aromatics of jasmine and white pepper along with pine resin and a light smokiness. The palate is full of vibrant energy and dense fruit with a firm phenolic structure.

A pure reflection of Riesling on basaltic soils; a salty, crunchy, high acid white wine that is framed by complex citrus aromats.
Kelley Fox Wines, Maresh Pinot Gris - Dundee Hills AVA
A beautiful clear peachy pink colour and has far more complexity in the nose (spicy floral notes such as carnations, strawberries, and some exotic notes) and mouth than ordinary white Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio. It has more structure and power than the white, but drinks more like a rosé than a Pinot. It has a fine, silken texture, and a slightly spicy finish.

Designated as a Brut level of sweetness. It comes across as dry due to the bubbles and acidity in the finished wine, making a vibrant wine that dances on the palate. Aromatics of apricot, green apple and pear with hints of white peach and citrus. The mouth feel is slightly creamy with a light flintiness. Dry on the palate, it finishes crisp and clean.
