Burgundy has many incredible growers and terroirs, but this case pays homage to those who work as naturally as possible; producing wines that express the unique personality of the grower and their plot with minimal interventions. 100% Chardonnay
Liquid crystallised fruits on the nose. It’s crisp, coiled Chardonnay, replete with whipcrack acidity and bedrock mineral. There’s a sea-spray, sea-shelly salinity, and a kind of delicate lime-zest filigree acidity.
Domaine Derain, La Combe Blanc, 2021
100% Chardonnay
Reveals ripe grapefruit citrus on the nose. It’s beautifully balanced, fleshy in texture with good acidity and stony minerals, and shows a long, inviting finish.
Renaud Boyer, Saint Romain Rouge, 2021
100% Pinot Noir
Wild forest and bramble berries. It has a nervous quality and a heightened complexity. There’s a lovely freshness here on the palate, with high-toned wild mountain fruits, soft herbs and some red iron-laced minerality. The wine finishes on a note of ferrous earthiness and savouriness.

100% Pinot Noir
Gorgeous crunchy cherry and petal scented fruit, with a background of forest floor and dried herbs. Oh so light; and a joy to drink.
Alice & Olivier De Moor, Bourgogne Chitry, 2022
100% Chardonnay
No one does linear acidity like De Moor. Their Chitry is a case in point with all the minerality of a cru Chablis, yet just outside the appelation.
