Naciente, Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 – Maule, Chile
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant light greenish-yellow, the wine has aromas of citrus notes and fruits such as green apples, white-fleshed peaches and pears, harmoniously combined with wild flowers with a herbal touch. The palate is fresh and fruity with tense acidity, balanced body and a long finish.
Domaine de la Mirande, Picpoul de Pinet 2020 – Hérault, France
100% Piquepoul. This is a deliciously understated wine, a touch of savoury brininess, a hint of white flowers, and before you know it, the contents of the bottle have disappeared into history.
Chateau Saint-Cyrgues, Costieres de Nimes Blanc 2019 – Provence, France
50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Viognier Bright pale gold colour, citrus, yellow peach and pear aromas, generous palate but with a lot of subtlety and freshness.

Reds (2 bottles of each)
Principiano, Principiano Dosset, 2020 – Monforte d'Alba, Italy
100% Dosset. An intense cherry-red in the glass. On the nose, notes of violets and cherries with a hint of earth. On the palate, fresh and clean with a slightly spicy edge. Look out for flavours of almonds and liquorice. The tannins are balanced and the finish lingering.
Metic, Merlot, 2020 – Colchagua, Chile
100% Merlot. Purple young colour, very fruity, red berries blended with some herbs on the nose, easy entrance
and light weight on the middle palate. Great wine to have by itself or with light meals.
