Guy Allion, Sauvignon de Touraine, 2019 – Loire Valley, France
100% Sauvignon Blanc.  Lifted aromas of elderflower cordial, Victoria plums and hints of grass. The palate is filled with gooseberry fool infused with elderflower and hints of summer fruit.

Chateau du Cedre, Camille, 2018 – Cahors, France
100% Malbec.  Dark red colour. Very fruity nose, both powerful and elegant. Very round and soft on the palate with great fruit intensity reminding of blackberries and small red fruits.

Estezargues, Terre de Mistral, 2019 – Rhone Valley, France
Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan.  Ripe red/dark fruit aromas and that characteristic garrigue and pepper notes. Lovely softness in the mouth with velvety tannins and confit fruits building across the palate, hints of tobacco and leather and a nice spine of acidity from the Syrah as well as some spicy blackcurrant fruit.

Bodegas Vinessens, Primeros Pasos, 2018 – Alicante, Spain
100% Monastrell.  Deep cherry red with intense dark ripe fruit nose. A subtle blend of liquorice and chocolate on the palate infused with aromatic wild herbs. Thyme and rosemary on the finish.
