The Xarello is whole bunch and spends five days on the skins before being pressed into amphora. the Grenache is direct pressed. This combines the bright peachy fruit of the Grenache against the mineral flecked fruit of the Xarello. Stunning wine, that is redolent of the sunshine and gentle sea breezes.
