100% Hondarrabi Zuri. A wine from vineyards overlooking the Bay of Biscay in Basque country. Pale green, faint aromas of green apples and plums, very light bright, sharp and salty with biting acidity and a savoury saltiness as well as the classic Txakoli "spritz".
ERIC BORDELET, NORMANDY, 2018, POIRE GRANIT 5%
Made up of 15 pear varieties. Pale yellow with fine bubbles and a delicate nose of conference and williams pears. Bright in the mouth with an initial hint of sweetness more than balanced by the zesty acidity. Chalky flavours with notes of fresh herbs, mint and quince.
TILLINGHAM, EAST SUSSEX, 2018 TILLINGHAM WHITE 10.5%
35% Muller Thurgau, 32% Ortega, 17% Bacchus, 12% Chardonnay, 4% Schönburger. Smokey stone fruit and apple aromas, with a light, soify and grippy palate.

MONTE DALL'ORA, VALPOLICELLA, 2018, VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SASETI 11.5%
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta. Ruby red with purple reflections. The nose expresses red fruit and cherry with notes of mint. The palate is juicy, fresh and light.
ELIAN DA ROS, MIDDLE GARONNE, 2017, LE VIN EST UNE FETE ROUGE 12.5%
40% Abouriou, 40% Cabernet franc, 20% Merlot. Fruity and fresh with great drinkability. Light in colour and body with juicy-crunchy red fruits to the fore - and aft.
WENINGER, BURGENLAND, 2017, BLAUFRANKISCH 12.5%
100% Blaufränkisch. Sour cherry, black olives and dark berries on the nose. The palate is very fresh with lots of fruit, vivacious acidity and spicy tannins.
