Mlecnik Rebula 2013
100% Rebula - Village Bukovica, ZGP Vipavska Dolina, Slovenia
When poured into the glass, this Rebula surprises with a deep, amber colour and dense texture. Its aromas are intense and speak of a speciality. It presents scents of candied orange peel, Rhum pot, liquorice, black pepper, cinnamon stick, leather, resin, cedar and dry Mediterranean herbs.A wine of reasonable softness and warmth, displaying ripe freshness and minerality, with a good amount of tannin that dries our mouths. An intense, full-bodied wine, showing elegance and lasting persistency in which flavours of candied fruit, wood, cedar, resin and sweet spices are recurring.
Pairing - meat-oriented dishes such as steak

Ovum Big Salt Orange Rose 2021
50% Pinot Gris & 50% Big Salt (Riesling, Gewurz, Early Muscat, Sauv + others)
Its aromas remind one of an orange creamsicle stirred into a cup of hibiscus tea steeped with autumnal spices. There’s a heavy dose of galangal and roasted carrot notes on the palate, which has the grip and power of a gravelly red wine.
Pairing: Spicy food, Thai, Vietnamese, Szechuan

Sepp Muster Erde White 2019
Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon (Chardonnay) - Leutschach, Styria, Austria
Much like a red wine with tannin and tension, this orange wine has notes of cider, dried lemon and savoury herbs. Aptly named "Erde" meaning earth this wine is eccentric but ideally suited for those fans of orange wines and extremely tannic white wines
Pairing:White meat, Baked white fish, Smoked dishes, Oriental dishes

La Stoppa Ageno 2016
Malvasia di Candia Aromatica 90%, 10 % Trebbiano & Ortrugo

Ancienne Cure Monbaz  2019
