Ai Casali Prosecco DOC Frizzante, Veneto, Italy
100% Glera. Delicious, easy drinking lightly sparkling style of Prosecco with a mischievous sapidity as an Italian might say. The nose suggests blanched almonds, white flowers and pear skin; the palate is soft and clean with apple and quince fruit flavours with a naturally off-dry finish.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, it can be paired with all courses of a meal

Kamara Pet Nat Rose, Macedonia, Greece
Malagouzia-Assyrtiko-Xinomavro. Unsurprisingly, lively and brisk with fresh citrus, red fruit, and the snap of cool watermelon to the nose. To the mouth the tastes of strawberry and yeast are predominant. The crown cap holds in the fizz.
Pairing: anything and everything... or nothing but good times.

Whites (1 bottle of each)

Mourgues du Grès Dorés Blanc, Rhone, France
40% Roussanne, 25% Grenache Blanc, 25% Vermentino, 8% Marsanne and 5% Marselan.Light yellow with golden hues. The nose has citrus flavours mingled with floral aromas (orchid) and a mineral finish. The palate is crisp, fresh and full, with perfect balance between fruit and a smooth texture.
Pairing: Seafood, grilled fish or fresh goat’s cheese.

Casa Azul Morande Chardonnay, Chile
100% Chardonnay. Golden yellow in the glass leading to a delightful bouquet of tropical and stone fruit aromas, backed by a zippy minerality. On the palate the wine is rich and ripe with plenty of buttery and tropical fruit flavours. The acidity is well balanced and the finish refreshing.
Pairing: Grilled mackerel, chicken or pork belly

Good Hope Bush Vine Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, South Africa
100% Chenin Blanc. Wonderfully lively, intense, fruity and beautifully balanced dry Chenin Blanc. Aromas of green apples and white peach invite the juicy, yet taut palate. A depth of fruit is what sets this wine apart. It shows great persistence of flavour and freshness that linger on the palate long after the wine has gone.
Pairing: Asparagus, soft shell crab or camembert cheese

Pink (1 bottle of each)

Capdevielle Cuvée Elégance Cotes de Provence Rose, France
50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Carignan, 5% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre. A lovely peachy pink colour. There are notes of citrus fruit, followed by peach, then red fruits, with a light dash of fresh mint and garrigue herbs. Perfectly balanced, this wine has a pleasant finish; it is crisp and clean, with pure flavours of pink pomelos and white-fleshed cherries.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, John Dory, tapenade, grilled summer vegetables

Reds (1 bottle of each)

Reverte La del Ombatillo Graciano, Navarra, Spain
100% Graciano. Clear, bright, mid-intensity, garnet colour in the glass. The nose is clean and intense with fruits of the forest and red fruit aromas with hints of earthiness and spice. On the palate the wine is dry and fresh with marked acidity. Broad and balanced, full and meaty with flavours of fruits of the forest and spice. Some attractive bitterness and green notes, characteristic of the grape variety. A wine with minerality and distinctive character. Persistent on the palate.
Pairing: pastas, pulses, cured meats and charcuterie and any type of grilled meat

Aphros Phaunus Palhete, Vinho Verde, Portugal
80% Loureiro, 20% Vinhão. Dry, fresh and tight with notes of redcurrants, sour cherries, raspberries, spices and minerals. The wine has a tight, fresh and nuanced finish.
Pairing: Ideal with traditional Portuguese dishes as well as seafood or salads.

Domaine de Chapoton Cotes du Rhone Rouge, France
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan. Aromas of violets and soft black fruits dominate and silky ripe tannins lubricate the transition in the mouth. Low yields (less than 40 hl/ha) give the wines their sturdy yet elegant structure.
Pairing: Lamb flavoured with thyme, chicken cooked with a salt crust, grilled aubergines with tomatoes

Fattoria Di Vaira Vincenzo Rosso, Campobasso, Molise, Italy 
Montepulciano 50%, Merlot 25% & Cabernet Sauvignon 25%. This bold blend is a beautiful plummy hue in the glass, with notes of black currant, blackberries and spice. Full bodied, but cleaner texture and ripe tannins on the finish. Give it a decent amount of air to let it expand to its full expression. 
Pairing: Cured meat, cheeses, red meat

Intellego Pink Moustache, Swartland, South Africa
59% Syrah, 33% Cinsault, 8% Mourvedre. Light ruby red with aromas of red berries, flowers, herbs and pepper. The palate is light, fresh and fruity with fine acidity and a juicy long aftertaste.
Pairing: Pizza, pasta and charcuterie

Radford Dale Thirst Cinsault, Stellenbosch, South Africa
100% Cinsault. From bush vines by the Moddergat River this naturally fermented Cinsault has cranberry, crunchy dark cherry character and grippy tannins.
Pairing: Fantastic by itself or paired with charcuterie or cheese
