Owing to wild boars eating half of Mlecnik’s fruit in 2016, including all the Rebula that year, “Cuvee 16” is a one off (hopefully not to be repeated). It is not named “Cuvee Ana” because it is missing the usual Rebula component. 3 days maceration on the skins, unfined, unfiltered with a tiny addition of sulphur.
